Есть два выxода, или вы вскроете телефон и припаяете туда более мощный динамик, или вы те которые сами пишут прошивки для телефонов и сможете с помощью прошивки чуток повысить громкость. Так как эти два способа маловероятны, остается использовать программные способы.
